Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our standard MOQ is 200–500 pieces per SKU, depending on the product category and material. For mixed-SKU orders, the minimum total order value is USD 3,000 per shipment. Custom OEM and private label programmes carry higher MOQs — please contact us for a tailored quotation.

Can I combine multiple products in one order?

Yes. Mixed-SKU orders are fully supported within a single container or air freight shipment, provided the total order value meets the USD 3,000 minimum. We will provide an itemised proforma invoice covering all SKUs, quantities, and unit prices.

Do you accept orders below the MOQ?

We offer a sample programme for new buyers — typically 3–10 pieces per SKU — before committing to a full production run. Sample orders are charged at the standard unit price plus a handling fee. Please see our Sample Ordering Guide for full details.


Lead Times

What is the standard production lead time?

For standard catalogue products, production lead time is 30–45 working days from receipt of the 30% deposit and confirmed purchase order. For custom OEM orders (new moulds, custom weave patterns, or new materials), please allow 45–60 working days.

Does lead time include shipping?

Production lead time does not include sea freight transit. Typical sea freight transit times are:

  • Europe (Rotterdam, Antwerp, Hamburg): 28–35 days
  • United States (Los Angeles, New York): 25–32 days
  • Australia (Sydney, Melbourne): 14–21 days
  • Middle East (Dubai, Jeddah): 18–25 days

We recommend planning 10–12 weeks total from order confirmation to delivery for first-time orders.

Can I expedite production?

Rush production may be available for select catalogue products depending on current workshop capacity. Please contact us with your required delivery date and we will advise on feasibility and any associated surcharge.


Payment Terms

What are your standard payment terms?

Our standard payment schedule is:

  • 30% deposit upon order confirmation (to initiate production)
  • 70% balance prior to shipment (before Bill of Lading is released)

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Bank Transfer (TT / Wire Transfer) — preferred method
  • Letter of Credit (L/C) — available for orders above USD 20,000
  • PayPal — for sample orders only

All transactions are in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Do you offer credit terms for repeat buyers?

Net-30 payment terms may be available for established buyers with a minimum of three completed orders. Please enquire with our sales team for eligibility.


Packaging

How are products packaged for export?

Standard export packaging includes:

  • Individual poly-bag or tissue wrap per piece (moisture protection)
  • Master carton (corrugated double-wall export carton)
  • Carton markings: PO number, SKU, quantity, country of origin, gross/net weight, dimensions

Retail-ready packaging (printed hang tags, branded kraft boxes, custom labels) is available under our OEM programme at additional cost.

Can you use our branded packaging?

Yes. We support fully customised packaging including printed boxes, branded tissue paper, hang tags, and stickers. Artwork must be provided in AI or PDF format. Minimum quantity requirements apply for printed packaging. Please see our Custom OEM page for further details.

What are standard carton dimensions and weights?

Carton specifications vary by product. We provide a full packing list with exact carton dimensions, gross weight, and CBM calculations with every proforma invoice, enabling accurate freight cost estimation before order confirmation.


Shipping & Logistics

What Incoterms do you offer?

Our standard term is FOB (Free on Board) Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta, Indonesia. We can also arrange CFR (Cost and Freight) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) upon request. Ex-Works (EXW) from our Yogyakarta warehouse is available for buyers with their own freight forwarder arrangements in Indonesia.

Do you arrange shipping, or does the buyer?

Under our standard FOB terms, the buyer arranges ocean freight from Jakarta. We are happy to recommend trusted freight forwarders if required. For CFR/CIF, we arrange and manage the full shipment on the buyer’s behalf. Please see our Shipping & Logistics Guide for full details.

What documents do you provide with each shipment?

We provide a full set of export documents including:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading (Ocean B/L or Airway Bill)
  • Certificate of Origin (preferential origin for applicable trade agreements)
  • Phytosanitary Certificate (for rattan and natural fiber — required by DAFF Australia, USDA, and EU border agencies)
  • Fumigation Certificate (upon request)

Compliance & Certifications

Are your products EUDR compliant?

Yes. As an Indonesian natural fiber manufacturer, we are actively aligning with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) requirements. We source rattan and natural fibers from legally harvested, traceable origins within Indonesia’s regulated supply chain. Due diligence documentation is available upon request for EU importers. Do you provide a Lacey Act declaration for US importers?

Yes. We provide a Lacey Act Plant and Plant Product Declaration (PPQ 505) with all shipments bound for the United States, covering species name, country of harvest, and quantity of plant material used.

Custom & OEM Orders

Can you produce custom designs or private label products?

Yes. Custom OEM and private label production is a core service. We can produce to your technical drawings, CAD files, or physical samples, including custom weave patterns, dimensions, materials, colours, and finishes. Please see our Custom OEM page for the full process and minimum requirements.

Can I send my own design or sample for replication?

Yes. Send us a physical sample, photograph, or technical drawing and we will evaluate feasibility, provide a tooling cost estimate, and produce a pre-production sample for your approval before full production begins.
