Sample Ordering Guide

We strongly encourage all new wholesale partners to order samples before committing to a full production run. Our sample programme is designed to give you the confidence to place a bulk order — with full visibility of material quality, craftsmanship, and dimensional accuracy.

What Can I Sample?

Samples are available for all products in our standard catalogue, including:

• Rattan baskets (round, oval, tray, planter, storage with lids)
• Seagrass baskets (all sizes)
• Water hyacinth and banana fiber baskets
• Natural fiber pendant lamp shades (rattan, seagrass, bamboo)
• Laundry and utility baskets

Custom OEM samples (new designs, patterns, or dimensions) require a separate tooling and pre-production sample process. Please see our OEM page for details.

Sample Order Process

Step 1 — Submit your sample request

Send us your sample request via WhatsApp or email, including:

• Product name or SKU (refer to our Products page)
• Quantity per SKU (minimum 1, maximum 10 pieces per SKU for samples)
• Preferred size, colour, or finish (if applicable)
• Your delivery address and preferred courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS)

Step 2 — Receive a sample quotation

We will send you a sample invoice within 1–2 business days covering unit price, handling fee, and estimated courier cost. Samples are charged at our standard unit price — there is no separate sample surcharge for catalogue products.

Step 3 — Confirm and pay

Sample orders are paid in full in advance via bank transfer or PayPal. Production begins upon payment confirmation.

Step 4 — Dispatch and tracking

Standard catalogue samples are dispatched within 5–10 working days. You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch. Courier transit typically takes 3–7 business days to most international destinations.

Step 5 — Place your bulk order

Once you have assessed the samples and confirmed your specifications, our team will prepare a full proforma invoice for your wholesale order. Sample costs are credited against your first bulk order (minimum order value USD 3,000).

Frequently Asked Sample Questions

Can I request specific dimensions for samples?

Yes. If our standard catalogue dimensions do not match your requirements, we can produce a size-modified sample. Additional lead time and tooling charges may apply.

Can I sample products with my branding or private label?

Branded packaging samples (hang tags, printed boxes) require a minimum quantity and are treated as a custom OEM pre-production sample. Please contact us to discuss your branding requirements.

Are sample costs refunded?

Sample costs for catalogue products are fully credited against your first bulk order, provided the order is placed within 90 days of sample dispatch.
