From brief to installation in three steps

1. Send your brief — dimensions, quantity, delivery date, reference images if you have them. WhatsApp is fastest; we respond within one business day.
2. Approve your sample — we produce and ship a sample for your approval before committing to bulk production. No bulk order proceeds without a signed-off sample.
3. We produce and ship — your order is produced in Yogyakarta, pre-shipment inspected, packed to your specification, and shipped FOB Semarang to your nominated freight forwarder.

Common questions

Are the shades fire-rated?

Natural fiber shades are not fire-rated as standard. Fire-retardant treatment is available on request — contact us with your jurisdiction’s specific requirements and we will advise on options and pricing.

What IP rating do the shades carry?

Suitable for dry interior locations (IP20 equivalent). Not rated for bathroom or external installation.

Can you supply across multiple properties in the same group?

Yes. We support multi-site delivery and can coordinate shipments to different destinations from a single production run. Discuss your logistics requirements when you send your brief.

Can I order samples before committing to a project quantity?
