Phase 1 — Brief & Feasibility (Week 1–2)

You share your product brief — sketches, references, specifications, and target pricing

Phase 2 — Pre-Production Sample (Week 3–6)

Sample is shipped to you for physical review and approval (or rejection with revision notes)
Up to two revision rounds are included in the pre-production phase

Phase 3 — Production Confirmation (Week 6–7)

You approve the final pre-production sample in writing
We issue the production proforma invoice covering quantity, unit price, total value, and payment schedule
30% deposit payment initiates production

Phase 4 — Production (Week 7–12)

Full production run — 30–45 working days for standard OEM orders; 45–60 working days for complex designs or new materials
Mid-production update photographs provided upon request
Pre-shipment inspection conducted and results shared with buyer before balance payment

Phase 5 — Shipping (Week 12–16 to destination)

Balance payment (70%) triggered upon PSI approval
Full export documentation provided: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, and any market-specific compliance documents
